We've upped the protein content with a some dried TVP - simply add hot water, let it sit for 5 minutes and then add to your sauce.
400g Organic chopped tomatoes
200g Organic tomato puree
500g Organic wholewheat fusilli
120g TVP mince
2 Cloves of organic garlic
1 organic red chilli
1/2 tsp Basil
Salt & pepper
You will need:
A dash of balsamic vinegar and a pinch of nooch.
